The Control Station in the Smart Factory

In the Control Station, the number of orders and the remaining working time per workplace are displayed (within a hierarchy). This allows you to immediately identify any over- and underutilization in a workplace group and to react at once by rescheduling.

Within the workplace hierarchy, you can allot orders coming from SAP to the individual employees. This enables you to achieve optimum utilization of machines, workplaces, and workers.

In case of unexpected events (e. g. malfunction at a workstation, absence of an employee), the orders concerned can be distributed to currently available workstations – without any slips of paper.
